This fully assembled mezzanine racking system is designed for warehouses with a clear height of 4.5 meters or more, creating 2–3 levels of independent storage or operational space. It allows for forklift access on the lower level and manual picking on the upper level; equipped with standard staircases and safety guardrails, it effectively doubles storage capacity without the need for building expansion. Ideal for supermarket warehouses, distribution centers, and the storage of diverse, small-batch goods (e.g., e-commerce, electronics, apparel, light industry). Its modular design ensures rapid installation, easy relocation/reuse, and cost-effectiveness.

The system features high-quality cold-rolled steel uprights, primary and secondary beams, and flooring made of checkered plate or steel grating. It utilizes a bolt-together assembly (no welding required) and is finished with electrostatic powder coating or hot-dip galvanizing for moisture and rust resistance. Standard features include 1.2m safety guardrails, anti-slip flooring, and evacuation staircases, with optional lifting platforms or freight elevators available.

Standard load capacity ranges from 300 to 800 kg per square meter (heavy-duty versions available upon request). Floor heights and layouts are fully customizable; the system offers a short installation cycle, is ready for immediate use upon completion, and can be dismantled and relocated.
